Air duct cleaning

Cleaner ducts, healthier air

Ductwork is easy to forget because it's hidden behind walls and above ceilings, but neglected ducts circulate dust, mold, bacteria and allergens through your home. Our trained technicians remove them.

1

Inspect

We inspect the ducts that lead to the return and supply registers, so any leaks, kinks or damage can be repaired.

2

Negative pressure

A powerful HEPA vacuum is connected near the air handler and registers are closed to maximize suction.

3

Agitate

Rotating brushes and compressed-air whips loosen settled dust and buildup in supply and return ducts.

4

Check the whole system

We check the furnace, blower, coil and drain pan, clean up, and walk you through the results.

How often should ducts be cleaned?

Manufacturers recommend a yearly HVAC inspection, and NADCA recommends duct cleaning every 3 to 5 years, more often with pets or allergy sufferers in the home. Signs it worked: less dust, fewer allergens and odors, and a quieter, more efficient system.

Why it matters

A properly installed system pays you back

A well-installed HVAC system does more than hold a temperature.

  • Filters pollutants and allergens for cleaner indoor air
  • Keeps temperature and humidity steady, which helps prevent mold and mildew
  • Runs more efficiently and quietly, for lower energy costs
  • Backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee

What our customers say

With 5-star ratings and reviews on Google and Yelp, you can breathe easy knowing you're in good hands.

★★★★★
“My house is very old and has many holes that rats can get in. They carefully sealed every possible hole. They replaced the ducts and insulations. After the work, they cleaned the floor to make sure that the grime is gone. He turned on the furnace again and made sure that every duct is working correctly. I am totally satisfied with the work. And the bill comes in the same as the estimation.”

“Tommy came over to my house on time and gave very detailed inspections. He went up the attic, walked around and took detailed pictures, went to the garage to find out the routes that the rats taking from outside, and went to the crawl space to check further. He explained to me what to expect, what they cover and gave me a very very reasonable quote (much better than the first company I talked with)!”

HVAC and Air Duct Systems FAQ

Which brands do you install?

We're a Bryant and Mitsubishi Electric authorized dealer, which gives us access to some of the best heating and cooling equipment in the industry.

How often should air ducts be cleaned?

Manufacturers recommend yearly HVAC inspections, and NADCA recommends duct cleaning every 3 to 5 years. Homes with pets or allergy sufferers may need it more often.

How much does air duct cleaning cost?

It depends on the size and complexity of your duct system. We'll assess it and give you a firm quote.

Should I replace my ducts when I replace my system?

Often, yes. A new system connected to leaky or undersized ducts won't deliver the efficiency you paid for. We'll inspect your ducts and tell you honestly whether they need replacing.
